Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage has welcomed Kris Summers to its Hampstead office.

“Kris is an experienced professional with great attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset,” said Phil Misciagno, managing broker, in the release.

Originally from North Carolina, Summers was raised in Greenville and the Outer Banks. She spent 37 years in Southern California before returning to her home state in 2020. 

Summers graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in business finance.

Outside of real estate, Summers enjoys playing tennis, going to the beach and spending time with her family, including her dog and three grown children. Kayaking, boating, traveling, hiking and snow skiing are some of her other favorites, the release stated.
